On September 18, 2011 National Science Day, our national leaders led by Xi Jinxing have participated in the main session in Beijing, especially in the Moliayuan community in Chaoyang District, have toured and visited the filter application designed by our R&D engineers. Xi stressed that, we must focus on the central task and serve the overall interests, stay close to the grassroots to give full play to make a success of the popularization of the SciTech through solid effective and down-to-earth efforts, and to foster good social practice to use water frugally and rationally.
